At Cocoba Chocolate, we want you to be delighted with your treats; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully check your chocolates for any signs of damage or errors in the items received.
Contact Customer Support
If your order is damaged, email our team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions on whether the item needs to be returned or if a replacement will be sent immediately.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh batch of chocolates at no extra cost.
